Improve your writing
Think about what you want to say before starting to write, and when drafting a piece of English, use pen and paper rather than typing it out. Writing by hand is much slower than typing, and this automatically gives you more thinking time, and more thinking time will generate more accurate English. Work on the structure of the piece first, and then return to tidy up the grammar and spelling.
If you identify a mistake or wish to edit something, do not use an eraser or correction fluid. Simply draw a single line through whatever needs to be changed, making sure what has been written can still be read, and then write the improved version next to it. By keeping a visible record of your mistakes, you are less likely to make the same mistakes again, or at the very least, you will be see patterns emerge that identify problems you may need to attend to.
3.擬定最後版本，保留此次草稿作為下次參考Once satisfied with whatever you have written, you can of course convert it into its final form;
but be sure to keep your draft(s) and rough workings for future reference.
