在標題的首字大寫

1. Capitalize the first word of the title and any words that would typically be capitalized in a normal sentence.
e.g. “Advice on how to capitalize a title”.

除了介係詞和冠詞的字大寫

2. Capitalize every word except prepositions and articles (unless they are the first word in the title).
e.g. “Advice on How to Capitalize a Title”.

所有字皆大寫

3. Capitalize every word in the title e.g. “Advice On How To Capitalize A Title”.
The use of a full stop (period) in titles is also a matter of style; but as a rule of thumb, they are left out more often than not.

The best advice I can give you is to follow the accepted style in whatever context you are writing.
For example, if you are writing a company report or other internal document, look at what has been accepted in the past and copy it. If you are producing a public document, the publisher will generally have guidance (maybe even strict rules) on what style to adopt.
